At Foothills, we walk alongside children and families across nine jurisdictions in Central Virginia—helping them feel heard, supported, and able to begin healing.

Last year, we supported more than 350 children through:

• Forensic interviews
• Medical exams (with UVA)
• Family advocacy and ongoing support
• Coordination with community partners, including law enforcement, DSS, and the Commonwealth’s Attorney

While our public partners are fully funded, Children’s Advocacy Centers like Foothills rely on community support. This spring, $4,000 has already been pledged—and every dollar given will be matched once we reach that goal.
